There’s an expansiveness of time

that can exist in life

Before parenting consumes it

and the Magical sensation

can take flight

Floating all around

Carrying wisps of who

we once had been

As we reorder

this new sense

of flow

Considering

the children

As mortality even

no longer sits

as singular

as one

We still have passions

Contributions

how much is enough

how much is too much

Circled

in our questions

when sometimes

to just be still

May be where

we’ll find

the magical thread

of our destiny’s

next will
