Nourishment and anchoring

the ritual of stones

Amongst a disconcerting landscape

So different

from what we’ve known

Mountainous and powerful

And yet so much to climb

Just when you think

you’ve reached the peak

Another seems to rise

So we lean in to the visions

And the colours

of the flowers

Lavender purple roses

Anchored

in a power

that somehow transcends the physical

And in a spiritual way

Can guide us

In our healing

Like the message

Carved in jade

A reminder

like the strawberry

A sweet heart gift

from Mother Earth

There is nourishment

In knowing your preciousness

lies within

your inherent worth
